Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Toss in bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet along with the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
