Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning
  • 1 lb 450g boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss in bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet along with the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

Notes

  • Vegetable Swap: Feel free to use carrots, snap peas, or mushrooms based on availability.
