Method
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Soak wooden skewers in water (if using) for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve with lemon wedges and cilantro.
Notes
- You can use an air fryer at 390°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For extra char, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
