  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
