Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of chopped fresh watermelon with 1 ½ cups of assorted fresh fruits and the drained fruit cocktail. Stir gently for about 1-2 minutes until blended.
- Pour 14 ounces of strawberry milk over the fruit mixture and stir gently for 1-2 minutes until combined.
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the mixture and stir for another minute to chill.
- Slowly pour in 12 ounces of carbonated beverage while gently stirring to maintain bubbles. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Spoon the Hwachae into glasses or bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
