Ingredients

  • Large marshmallows
  • White gum paste
  • White candy melts or candy coating
  • Pink sprinkles or edible decorations
  • Edible ink pens
  • Lollipop sticks

Method

  1. Roll out the gum paste and cut small ear shapes. Let them dry to hold their shape.
  2. Insert lollipop sticks into the marshmallows, ensuring they are secure.
  3. Melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions. Dip each marshmallow, coating evenly.
  4. While the coating is still wet, attach the gum paste ears to the top of each marshmallow. Let them set upright.
  5. Once the coating has hardened, use edible ink pens to draw bunny faces.
  6. Add pink sprinkles inside the ears or as a nose for extra decoration.
  7. Allow decorations to fully set before serving.

Notes

  • Use high-quality candy melts for the smoothest finish.
  • If the coating is too thick, stir in a small amount of vegetable oil to thin it.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Great for Easter baskets, party favors, or a fun family activity.
