Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the baking sheet and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, brown sugar, and orange zest. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon and layer fresh orange slices on top.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through.
  6. Garnish with parsley, green onions, and pomegranate seeds before serving.
