Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine bananas, sugars, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon swirl mixture. Add remaining batter. Swirl with a knife.
- Bake 50–60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, then drizzle with glaze.
Notes
- Add chopped walnuts for extra crunch.
- Store covered at room temp for up to 3 days.
