  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice Fresh tangerine juice can also be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Lime juice can also work as an alternative.
For Garnish
  • 1-2 inches Orange Peel Used for garnish and to enhance aroma.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Raw sugar gives a coarser texture for rimming the glass.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your glass by running a lemon or orange slice around the rim, then dip it into raw sugar to coat.
  2. Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes to keep your mocktail chilled.
  3. Cut a 1-2 inch spiral strip of orange peel and set aside for garnish.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, ginger simple syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Carefully strain the mixed juice from the shaker into the prepared glass over the ice.
  6. Top off with sparkling apple cider, pouring gently to maintain the fizz.
  7. Garnish with the prepared orange peel, squeezing it over the glass to release oils before placing it in the drink.
