Method
- In a bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Add onion, jalapeño, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or in lettuce cups.
- Add avocado before serving if desired.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked shrimp for ease, or briefly boil raw shrimp. Adjust jalapeño to your spice level preference.
