Method
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes, eggs, onion, and celery. Stir gently to combine.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Notes
- Tastes even better the next day.
- Add chopped pickles for extra zing.
