- In a shaker or mason jar, pour in 1 cup of creamy coconut water, followed by 2 tablespoons of hibiscus syrup and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Secure the lid tightly and shake for about 30 seconds until well blended and chilled.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes, about halfway full. Secure the lid again and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels icy to the touch.
- Prepare a tall glass filled with additional ice cubes. Strain the chilled mixture carefully into the glass.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of coconut flakes over the top. Place a few edible hibiscus flower petals on the surface of the drink.
