For the Fudge
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Use only fresh for best taste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Butter Blend unsweetened coconut flakes to make your own
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Use refined for neutral flavor
  • 1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup Optional; coconut butter is naturally sweet

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash and pat dry the fresh raspberries, then mash them with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Melt the coconut butter and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring gently.
  3. Add maple syrup to the melted coconut mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold the mashed raspberries into the coconut mixture until evenly mixed.
  5. Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper, pour in the fudge mixture, and smooth the top.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or freeze for 1 hour until firm.
