Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil and cook the boneless, skinless chicken breasts for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti for about 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
