Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and gradually add to wet mixture
- Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 10–12 minutes
Notes
- Chill dough for thicker cookies
- Substitute semi-sweet chips if preferred
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
