Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cottage cheese mixture and gently stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Fold in the fresh dill until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with additional dill if desired.
