Bake the Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease cake pans and line with parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg in a large bowl.

- Layer the cakes with frosting and apple filling. Frost the exterior and drizzle with salted caramel.
- Chill to set before slicing.
