Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, chopped onion, celery, minced garlic, sage, and thyme. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- With clean hands, scoop a portion of the mixture and shape it into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter. Place them onto the greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and firm. The internal temperature should be 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
