  2. In your slow cooker, combine cauliflower, softened cream cheese, and shredded pepper jack cheese. Add jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
  4. 15 minutes before serving, stir in crispy, crumbled bacon and heat through.
