Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and grease your oven dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the block of plant-based Boursin cheese in the center of the greased dish.
  3. Pour the uncooked fusilli pasta around the block of Boursin cheese in the dish.
  4. Open the tin of cherry tomatoes and pour the contents over the pasta.
  5. Refill the empty cherry tomato tin about three-quarters full with water and pour it over the pasta mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is soft and partially melted, then stir to combine flavors.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
