Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain grease.
- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream and cooked pasta. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Turn off heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute ground turkey or sausage for variation.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days.
