- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Stir in mixed vegetables along with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter, then spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Spoon the prepared stuffing mix over the chicken filling and gently press down.
- Brush melted butter over the top of the stuffing to promote browning.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
