Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each flatbread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
