- Cook spaghetti; reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- In a pan, cook bacon until crisp. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Whisk eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss hot pasta with egg mixture, adding reserved water slowly to create a creamy sauce.
- Stir in chicken and bacon.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Do not return the pasta to heat after adding the eggs or they’ll scramble.
- Use pancetta instead of bacon for a traditional twist.
