Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes to the skillet with garlic. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add chicken back to the skillet and combine with the sauce.
  7. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce and chicken.
  8. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes, then serve immediately.
