Comfort food at its finest! This creamy and cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole is packed with tender chicken, noodles, and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  3. Stir in cooked noodles, chicken, and vegetables.
  4. Spread mixture in baking dish.
  5. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Add cooked mushrooms or chopped broccoli for variety.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
