- Grind coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency. Combine coffee with cold water in a jar or pitcher. Cover and steep for 12 to 24 hours.
- After steeping, filter the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove coffee grounds.
- In another container, pour the coconut drink and add brown sugar. Froth until creamy (1-2 minutes) or shake in a sealed jar.
- Combine the filtered cold brew coffee with the frothed coconut drink in a large glass. Adjust sweetness as desired.
