  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
For the Topping
  • 2 cups French's Fried Onions These can be homemade

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Trim the ends off the fresh green beans, rinse them thoroughly and pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  4. Gently fold the green beans into the sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle half of the French's fried onions over the top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
