Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Cook ditalini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Let it sit to ensure all excess water has drained.
