Preparation Steps
  1. Bring the cream cheese and feta cheese to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

  3. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine crumbled feta with softened cream cheese and chopped dill.
  4. Mix until creamy and well-blended, around 2-3 minutes in a processor, or 5 minutes with a hand mixer.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper to create a delightful filling.
  6. Slice each mini sweet pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  7. Generously fill each halved pepper with the creamy feta filling, pressing lightly to pack it in.
