Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in 1 pound of chopped fresh tomatoes into the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  4. Reduce heat to low and pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream, stirring gently to combine and allowing to simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese into the sauce, stirring continuously until it melts smoothly. Season with salt and pepper.
