- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in 1 pound of chopped fresh tomatoes into the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
