Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- You can substitute penne with fettuccine or bowtie pasta
