  • 10 cloves Garlic Minced
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Low sodium chicken broth or white wine
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Fresh chopped parsley For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1 inch, then lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, dried basil, dried parsley, and sweet paprika. Rub over each chicken breast.
  3. Heat a skillet, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, then sear the seasoned chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Lower the heat, add the remaining butter, and sauté minced garlic for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth or white wine, scraping up browned bits, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, return the chicken to the skillet and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
