Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add shrimp, season with salt, paprika, and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the Cream & Cheese: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine Everything: Return the shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice, and stir to coat in the creamy garlic sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
