Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2 minutes per side or until pink
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer
- Stir in parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens
- Toss in pasta and mix to coat. Serve topped with fresh parsley
