Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and steak to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- Swap steak for chicken or shrimp if desired.
