Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta fettuccine or penne
  • 1 pound steak sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Swap steak for chicken or shrimp if desired.
