  2. Strain the coffee using a fine mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter, allowing the liquid to collect below.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the strained coffee and 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the coffee mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
