In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kielbasa is browned.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the broccoli to become tender.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
