Method
 

Mango Orange Smoothie Instructions
  1. Prepare the Blender by placing it on a stable surface. Pour in 1 cup of almond milk.
  2. Add 1 cup of frozen mango and 1 cup of frozen mandarin oranges to the blender.
  3. Incorporate half a cup of plain Greek yogurt and half of a ripe avocado.
  4. Sprinkle in half a teaspoon of ground ginger and one teaspoon of vanilla extract, add a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Blend all the ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Check the consistency; add more almond milk if needed and blend for an additional 15-30 seconds.
  7. Pour the smoothie into chilled tall glasses and serve immediately.
