  • 4 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup cottage cheese can be substituted with ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream can use Greek yogurt as a substitute
  • 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup do NOT add water/milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
For the Topping
  • 32 crackers Ritz Crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Gently fold in the shredded chicken until coated, then pour into a 9x9 casserole dish.
  5. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter until combined.
  6. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole evenly.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until the edges bubble and the topping is golden brown.
