  • 12 oz Bowtie Pasta
For the Meat
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh minced for maximum flavor.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half for lower calories.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Can be substituted with olive oil.
  • a few drops Worcestershire Sauce Tailor to preference.
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, can substitute with basil.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 10-12 minutes, until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, then gradually mix in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce and toss until well-coated. If too thick, add a splash of warm broth or water.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
