- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 10-12 minutes, until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, then gradually mix in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce and toss until well-coated. If too thick, add a splash of warm broth or water.
- Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
