Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to combine.

- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Use fresh grated Parmesan for best texture.
- Avoid overcooking shrimp—they cook quickly.
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for more nutrients.
