Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Tuscan Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a medium baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and fresh baby spinach into the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and grated Parmesan. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
