Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cook the Gnocchi: Prepare the vegan gnocchi according to package instructions by boiling them in salted water for 2-3 minutes until they float.
  3. Heat the Sauce: Pour the creamy sauce into a medium pan over medium heat. Stir for about 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked gnocchi, baby spinach, and artichoke hearts to the sauce. Stir gently for 2 minutes until spinach wilts.
