  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil for garnish
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme or Italian Herb Mix
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper to taste

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, add penne, and cook until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Chicken: In a skillet, heat cooking oil and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and slice.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Melt butter, add garlic and onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Make Sauce: Add sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, and chicken stock to skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return chicken and mix in pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently for 2 minutes.
  6. Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
