  1. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 7 minced cloves of garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of vodka, stirring well. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes until reduced by half.
