- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese until well coated.
- Place the coated pasta in the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy. Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley before serving.
