  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For a vegan option, use nutritional yeast.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese until well coated.
  4. Place the coated pasta in the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Remove when golden brown and crispy. Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley before serving.
