- Begin by rinsing and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, rice flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt, then add water to create a slurry.
- Dip each floret into the slurry and roll in almond flour.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes and lightly oil the basket.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While cooking, heat oil in a saucepan, sauté garlic, then add soy sauce, vinegar, siracha, and jaggery. Simmer until thickened.
- Toss cooked wings in sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion, and serve immediately.
