Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray or brush each wonton wrapper with oil and drape them over a greased baking dish to form taco shapes.
  3. Bake the wonton wrappers for 7-8 minutes until golden and firm.
  4. Return the separated wonton shells to the oven for an additional 7-8 minutes until perfectly crisp.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  6. Sauté the chicken mixture in a skillet over high heat for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. In another bowl, mix the coleslaw ingredients and toss until well-coated.
  8. Assemble the tacos by filling wonton shells with sautéed chicken and topping with coleslaw.
  9. Serve warm with additional sweet chili sauce and lime wedges on the side.
