  4. Coat Tofu: Dip each tofu strip in batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently for a solid coating.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange tofu tenders and lightly brush with neutral oil. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
