Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
In a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge each piece of chicken first in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the orange sauce by combining orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, and sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the orange sauce until well coated.
Serve the crispy orange chicken hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
